For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Our Services

TwinC Innovations provides STEM and innovation education programs for school students from Class 1 to 12, including but not limited to:

• Robotics & Automation programs
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workshops
• Internet of Things (IoT) courses
• STEAM Education programs
• 3D Designing and Printing workshops
• Tinkering Labs and hands-on innovation sessions

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and confirmation. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment terms, refund policies and cancellation procedures will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

All fees are payable as per the schedule provided during enrollment. TwinC Innovations reserves the right to modify program fees with reasonable notice.

4. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable or impair our website or services.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of TwinC Innovations and other users.
• Treat fellow students, mentors and staff with respect and courtesy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials and software, is the property of TwinC Innovations or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written permission from TwinC Innovations. Course materials provided during programs are for personal educational use only.

6. Student Work and Projects

Students retain ownership of original projects and creations developed during our programs. However, by participating in our programs, you grant TwinC Innovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos and descriptions of student work for promotional and educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

7. Safety and Supervision

TwinC Innovations is committed to providing a safe learning environment. We follow appropriate safety protocols in all our labs and workshops. Students are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors.

While we take reasonable precautions, TwinC Innovations is not liable for any injury or damage to personal property that may occur during program activities, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

TwinC Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that our services will be error-free.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by program and will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Generally, cancellations made 7 or more days before a program starts are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

TwinC Innovations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to an alternative program will be offered.

10. Modifications to Terms

TwinC Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
